Licensing
In-Licensing
TDI intends to in-license existing intellectual property relating to cancer isoform biomarkers, to complement our internal discovery efforts. We will actively seek to license protein biomarkers known or suspected to have isoform differences relevant to our disease areas of interest.
Out-Licensing
TDI has a diverse portfolio of intellectual property pertaining to the discovery and validation of protein targets and biomarkers, for which we are actively interested in developing out-licensing relationships. We can provide out-license access to our patented mass defect technology, to explore, identify and validate clinical protein isoform biomarkers. Partners may gain access to several other proprietary TDI technologies as well (see Intellectual Property - Other).
