The CV for migration time decreased from 2.5% to 1.0% average over a two day period. These are with crude aqueous plant extracts that are very "dirty" samples. We are performing an extensive acid and base rinse to get 2.5% w/o the UltroTrol. More importantly, we could baseline resolve Ile and Leu in our analysis with the UltraTrol, which is a problematic pair of isomers since they have the same mass. We never obtained baseline resolution before trying the UltraTrol.
