EOTrol™

For capillary and microchannel separations, EOTrol™ is a line of dynamic coating reagents that provide user-selectable (high or low, normal or reverse direction), precisely reproducible electroosmotic force and flow (EOF). EOTrol™ dynamic coatings provide this performance level independent of the user's selection of pH and buffer conditions.

This allows the user to rapidly select and switch operating conditions from equivalence to bare silica capillaries, to equivalence to the best commercial coated capillaries, and even to REVERSE the direction of EOF at either of these performance levels. The precise reproducibility of EOTrol™-enabled separations, coupled with the ability to provide this performance independent of the user's selection of pH and buffer conditions, is a powerful asset in analytical separations.
